With authority, it may also come from a vehicle owner, fleet manager, seller, parts supplier, diagnostic system or other service provider.

Some service providers, including our website hosting, form-delivery and email services, may store or process information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers with appropriate security practices.
7. Security and retention
Detailed Mechanical takes reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Measures include controlled accounts, multi-factor authentication, secure devices, software updates, backups and access limited to people who need the information.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, warranty, tax, insurance, legal and record-keeping purposes, then securely destroyed or de-identified where lawful. Any marketing message will identify Detailed Mechanical, include accurate contact details and provide a clear unsubscribe method. Unsubscribe requests are actioned within five working days.
10. Cookies and analytics
This website uses essential cookies needed for the site and quote form to function, and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) that do not identify individual visitors or track you across other sites. We do not use advertising trackers.
11. Policy changes and contact
This policy shows an effective date and will be updated when our data practices or providers materially change. Questions or requests may be directed to Detailed Mechanical at 0421 196 891 or detailedmech@gmail.com.
