Will a mobile logbook service keep my new-car warranty?
Yes. Under Australian Consumer Law, you can have your vehicle serviced by a qualified independent mechanic without affecting your manufacturer's warranty, provided the service is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. We use quality genuine, OEM and aftermarket parts that are appropriate for your vehicle, and we record all servicing and parts used.
What do you need from me on the day?
A reasonably level, hard surface with room to work, the keys, and someone contactable during the appointment. A driveway or work car park is usually perfect.
