Can you fix the fault on the same visit?
Often, yes, if the part is commonly carried or quickly available and you approve the quote. Otherwise we quote the repair and book a follow-up visit.
What if the fault is intermittent and does not show up?
We will tell you what we tested, what we ruled out and what to watch for. The authorised diagnostic time remains payable, and we will recommend the most sensible next step.
